Return Policy

You may exchange or return merchandise
for the purchase amount of the order (refund based on the original form of
purchase). If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned
to the card number. If you paid by a check or money order, a company check will
be sent to you after we have received the product.

not exchange or refund on any item that has been used.

. You may return a
fragrance, unused, within two weeks from the invoice date. We
will refund the purchase price of the fragrance in your account.

. If a fragrance is
damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact
us immediately to file a claim at UPS. Please note that it is
very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the
claim.

. We will replace a
product if defected, or any errors/mistakes made by PerfumeGifts through out
the shipping process.
