Ginger can be described as spicy with the slightest green, woody undertones. Our red ginger is an island-style ginger, with the herbaceous bite of the ginger root at the heart, balanced and brightened with the sweet, fresh tropical flavor of grapefruit at the top. This is a very intense yet incredibly pleasing blend.
